philips hue yellow

I was not going to consider philips hue since I am replacing all the tcp bulbs but...I am now considering them for the outside and use different colors for special occasions and other...Could also make it easier to give directions like telling someone my house is the one with the blue lights or blue changing to green and yellow.

Was wondering though, is the yellow in the hue good enough to use as a bug light...

Yes they have a color sunlight. With their palette you can make any type color and using IFTTT you can easily trigger any color by the color numbers.

You can't really make any color because the greens are very washed out and limited in the standard fixture type bulbs. I just sent hue back because of the lack of good green shades. Hopefully this will be remedied in the next generation and I'll try them out again then.
