i have a faucet controlled by Alexa using the VOICEIQ skill.  works well enough, but I'd like to shorten the conversation.  Instead of "ALEXA, ask VOICEIQ to turn on water" I'd like to say "Alexa, Faucet on". 
 When I create a routine, what action do I use? If I open the voiceiq skill, it asks me what I want to do.

For the action, choose "Custom" -- the first one on the list. Then you can type in what you want to say to Alexa. So it becomes a written command rather than a spoken command for the action.
