Can I Change Alexa Dot wireless network code from Alexa App on PC?

I have had a new BT modem fitted with new Hub wireless network. Since my mobile won't allow me to download an Amazon Alexa app, can I change the settings on the Dot from the app installed on my desktop?   Regards.

just go to the devices and find the dot.   Any changes you make there will affect the dot.   If you do not see the setting you are looking for, it may not be available in the windows app so you will not be able to change it. 

Just wondering, Why are you not able to download the app for your mobile?
