Call Volumes

HI - new to the forums.

I am using an Alexa auto in my car in conjunction with my Nokia 6.1 ( android 11 )

Everything works fine - except - the in call volume is very low??

If I turn up the volume to properly hear the call, when alexa switches back to music , I am deafened!

ANy ideas?  ( I have already switched on ;Disable absolute volume in developer options )
