Multiple echos in 1 house
« on: March 29, 2019, 02:15:13 pm »
Can anyone help with my echo’s? I have 3 in my house . 2 registered to my phone and the third to a different phone . I don’t know what has happened but now only one plays music at a time, when they are linked to different accounts? How can I change this so that I can play music from 2 separate ones?

Make sure that both accounts are registered to each Echo. Then just tell each echo which account to switch to.  When they are all using the same account your music should be able to play everywhere.

. . . and in addition to froglips: It's "Profiles" that you need to ask the Echo which it's on and make sure that they all are on the same one. If you have voice profiles set up for all users that will help too.
