I have a recurring alarm set. Sometimes I am not home when the alarm goes off. Is there a way to "stop" it from my phone app? (I'm new to this - I have a lot of questions)

Find the alarm in the app. There is an "on/off" switch to the right. Turn it off and the alarm should stop. The alarm will not run again until you turn it back on.

The alarm should shut off after an hour if you forget to cancel it.
