Voice training option not available

Hi. I'm still new to the Alexa universe.
I have a couple of Echo dots and I'm trying to personalize my voice, but unfortunately the option isn't available in the app for me.
I'm currently in Canada.
Anybody have any ideas how this can be done?

The feature is not available on the Canadian app.

The only problem I’ve encountered is when I set a timer for 50 minutes. Alex sets it for 15 minutes.

Ask Alexa to set your timer for 3000 seconds.  ;D

Not available in the UK either. And I've given up on asking for seven anything because I always get one! I reckon it's because Brits say 'sevun' or even 'sevn' while Americans really go all out on that second 'e' and give it the full 'sevEN'. Very Len Goodman :D
