Removing phone number from one Alexa account and adding it to new account

Hi everyone. I set up my kids phone numbers on our Alexa account for calls. One of the kids got her own echo at Christmas and has set it up on her own account. When she tried to register her number it’s saying it’s already on the other account. Any way of removing her number from our account?

Probably the best way is to phone them at 1-877-375-9365.

What exactly do you mean by this? Did you add voice profiles for them? There should be just a single number associated with each Amazon account. Happy to help with a little clarity!
