That's funny I asked Alexa when national pizza day was just yesterday and got an add for Dominos Pizza and told to down load the Dominos Pizza app to make ordering easier.

Me too... Some time in February... didn't really care enough to remember... but did try it.

Ads will be OK with me....  IF they are in-context (like the pizza example), when a user asks for info.

They will never just start spewing ads on their own. There would be mass rebellion.

I guess it is only available in Canada Lucky me!
I tried it again figuring maybe I said something different last night.
This time besides the date was an add for pizza hut  and to download their app don't remember exact wording.
I tried again this morning to see if I could get the exact wording for the post and there was no add,
Just before finishing I tried once more and got an add again for pizza hut looks like it is intermittent.
