Got an Echo for xmas. Have an amazon prime account. Have purchased lots of music on amazon music over years so I have a large library. I'm currently using iphone 7. I've set up the Echo and I can't get it to access my music. It keeps wanting me to go to "I heart radio". And on the app on my phone... when I goto "amazon my music" it says "app support unavailable". This is so frusterating. About to return this thing.
