help my echo won't wont

when I plug it in a solid blue light come on and does nothing it won't let me reset it or any thing can anyone help me

Did you push and hold the action button on the top? That will allow for you to enter the set up mode at least. That may be the best place to start.

Yh i tried everything I ended up calling Amazon and they r sending me a replacement
