when i ask Alexa to change the volume she says: "this device is in the mode that does not accept requests, please change it's mode in the Harmony app or on the device".     i can't find anything that says Request mode anywhere..... please help.

I'm guessing that it means the mode that Harmony "thinks" your TV/device is in is the OFF mode.
