I can't get Alexa to play the band Tool for the life of me

I have been trying to say the album Lateralus, the song Schism (only to have the rockabye baby version play) and various other songs and albums and it absolutely refuses to play any of Tool. Saying "play tool" makes her play toolbox.

What even?

"Echo, play the artist Tool from Spotify" works for me - well, the request, not the music ;)  Delimiting it by 'from' might help

FYI Spotify will only play through Alexa if you have a pay Spotify account. I created a Tool channel on my free Pandora account and that works through Alexa.

I was able to get GH to play it...I will probably never be able to UNhear that for as long as I live  :(
