Alexa has stopped responding

I have two Dots they have been working fine. Now neither of them are I think there might be an overload on the servers? I have logged out and back in even reconnect to network her.   She is now working Strange !!

I have tried to get it to reconnect, no way. I think I have tried everything. Alexa ap says it cant connect. Error code 7:1:9.14:4. Hoping someone can help.

If having issues with an Echo device, "turn it off and back on" as with any "computer".  Unplug it and leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes before plugging it back in.  Hopefully, this fixes any issue, but if not, the Amazon "Mother Ship" could be having issues at that time.
