Title: Drop in won't connect to a contact

Hi! I'm trying to set up my mom's echo and a new show is arriving today so I need to figure this out.
I was able to add my sister and daughter to drop in on mom's echo, but not mine. When I started it had the checkmark next to my mom's contact info but that was the wrong info, for some reason I had two contacts for her. I deleted the one with the checkmark which was the wrong info, and I've sent invites from her account to mine and vice versa, followed the links and they will not connect. What do I do?
