Title: Echo Dot not responding after drop-in/call connection

Hi all, this might be a common problem, but have not come across it in the forum. Two weeks ago I used my Echo dot to drop-in on my friend. After the conversation I told Alexa to hang up. Later when I tried to get Alexa to respond to a command, there was no response and I had to unplug the power cable to reboot it. Over the next few days the same thing happened several times both with using drop-in and making/receiving calls. I reported this to Amazon, and after an hour of very helpful technical assistance, it was determined that my Echo dot was faulty and I received a replacement the following day. Yesterday I made a call to a friend and the same thing happened with my new Echo dot. Is this a common issue with the 2nd gen Echo dot? or maybe some other underlying problem? Any help would be most welcome.
