Title: Configure Echo 2 to play Amazon music

How do I make this work! I constantly get the message that 'your Amazon music marketplace is not configured for this device' How do I fix this issue, its a major reason for buying it.  UK note 2

Have the same issue. Amazon have not yet fixed my issue after 6 months. If they do I will post the fix here.
