Hello, anyone. Received echo dot about three months we just use it for music and alarm. Just got back from a vacation and when I try to play any music it says there is no music in my music library. Just wondering if maybe when I bought it I had free music for a trial period and it has now expired? If so how do I get it back and what is the cost.

What were you saying to it that got it to play? That might help narrow down the source then maybe why it's gone.

Unplug the Dot for at least five minutes (to clear its memory), then plug it back in, and it likely will work right again.
