Title: Echo Dot 2 - Crash on volume change

Hi Everyone,

My dot 2 crashes every time when reaching volume 9 & 10, sometimes when changing to volume 8 as well. Has anyone else experienced this?

This occurs with speakers plugged in or without.

try unplugging Dot, let it stay that way for over 3 minutes, and see what happens after you plug it back in.
