Title: Echo is not playing my music
Post by: Palashee on April 25, 2018, 07:19:46 pm
I have an Amazon music unlimited account and have placed some albums in my music library so that I can shuffle through a selection of songs from albums I like.
Previously, I just asked "Alexa play my music" and it would begin to play it, but now when I say "play my music" it responds by saying "playing the last station you listened to on tunein, forth 1" and starts playing that radio station. Now I've never used tunein or heard of this radio station before.
So how do I get the echo to start playing my music again?

Unplug Echo for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and try again.  If issue remains, then contact Amazon Echo Support.

Have you tried "play music from my library"?
