Title: Tell me more

My echo show 8 1st gen, no longer understands the voice command "Tell me more"
It used to respond with the relevant response, now I receive the response sorry I don't know that.

could be waiting too long to ask for more and it only hears part of it.   check your logs.  also try a power cycle on the echo by pulling the plug at least 40 seconds
