Title: Can't set up My Voice.

Hi,

I'm trying to set up my voice profile on the Echo dot. But Alexa just keeps saying 'At the time, I'm having trouble learning your voice.'

Any Ideas?

I’m having the same problem, the google on the interweb is suprisingly empty on this topic. Made any progress?

I’ve got the Echo Plus, and I’ve tried on the app.  Same result.
