Title: New “Answer Update” feature
Post by: AlanH on August 06, 2018, 04:54:44 pm
Amazon have rolled out a new feature called “Answer Update” that notifies the user when Alexa has the answer to a question it didn’t previously know. The feature is “opt-in” meaning the user has to agree to answer updates.

Thing is when you ask a question you want the answer immediately so you end up going to Google or even go to Google first off.  So when the Echo gets back to you, you already know the answer.

I can't see how this is a useful feature or keeps up with Google, waste of developer time surely?
