Title: Using Echo with Wink Shortcuts

I have been using Echo to control lights through my Wink Hub. I have read that it will not work with Wink shortcuts, but rather individual lights and groups created within the Alexa app. However, today, I ran Echo's device discovery, and it discovered my Wink Shortcuts, but they are all listed as offline. It has never discovered these before. Is this a new feature? Is it something still being worked on?
