There are region restrictions when you take an Echo device from one country to another. What might be available in one country might not be available in a different country. This would apply to music, movies, and even some smart devices such as smart plugs, light switches, etc.

It is also recommended that when you take your Echo device to a different country, you should contact Amazon support to help you reset your Echo device to the new country. You can't do this on your own. Amazon must do it on their side at your request.

To playing music on your Echo Dot, you need to use the Alexa app on your iPhone. Once in the Alexa app, tap the "play" icon at the bottom. Then you can choose something to play.

It might be something wrong with the network that connects the bulbs. Are they connected through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?
My smart light bulbs from vont.com use a Wi-Fi connection, and I have never experienced any difficulties. Maybe it is because the Bluetooth connection is not powerful enough to keep all the bulbs working?
You should ask a professional electrician because these two bulbs can actually be broken or no-good right from the production site. It is always the same bulb, right? I must be something wrong with it, and you might consider taking it back to the shop and ask your money back.

I have children who need quiet music at nap and I want to set up a weekly alarm that lasts 2 1/2 hrs.
I want to choose a playlist on my iPhone.  *grr*. I just can't figure it out. I followed a link in Apple discussions but there is only a choice for Apple Podcasts.  Why can't I choose a playlist on my phone?

If it is always the same bulb, there is probably something wrong with it. I suggest you go to the shop you bought it from and ask for a refund.

on what radio service?   you either need a skill for specific stations or signed into a service like iheartradio to play your stations.

I opened a NEW account while in the Philippines as I could not connect to my account in the UK
No problems, all went well, until I asked "Alexa play SMOOTH RADIO"
"I cant find smooth radio"

This went on and on with all the radio stations I used to play in the UK, but now alexa cant find the same station while i reside in Philippines

I assumed alexa connected to the WWW and could play ALL stations/music etc from wherever in the world

Brought alexa's (3) registered in UK
Moved to Philippines, could not change my telephone# with amazon as I didnt have a new sim card until I landed in Phlippines.
Got my new sim went online to change the number and amazon said "for security we have sent a code to ....3452"
thats my OLD tel #

I have tried every way to contact customer services to change my tel #....but each time i get a security message "To proceed to customer servces we have sent a code to 3452"

So how can I contact customer services to change my tel #
