Title: MP3 music
Post by: ttumbles on November 27, 2015, 08:26:18 pm
I am absolutely new to Echo so patience is appreciated.....
I have a ton of Mp3 Music files.  Anyone know a way I can
play them through the Echo???   (preferably FREE.... I'm quickly
realizing Amazon doesn't do very much that is FREE!)
THAnks!

If you have amazon prime, you can upload up to 250 songs to the cloud that will play through your echo

You can play from any bluetooth connected device and still use basic commands like "Skip" and "Stop". I play from my old iPod touch all of the time.

But if you want full voice control to choose tracks from your catalog and play them, the only way is via whatever is available via Amazon Prime Music, TuneIN, Pandora, iHeart Radio, and/or what you've uploaded to your Amazon Cloud account.
