Title: A few questions if I may please.
Post by: Peter.R on June 22, 2019, 02:49:45 am
Hi.

So, I'm popping off to Lanzarote next week and I was wondering if my Echo would work there? I have the adaptor plugs etc, but can I still listen to my Amazon music etc?

Also, does anyone know what type of correct power supply plug and lead I need please, I want to pick up another one so I don't have to keep unplugging the one from the kitchen to take the Echo upstairs, so an additional plug and lead would be much simpler.

Many thanks for any help in advance.

In answer to your second question, and assuming you’re in the UK, Amazon has a range of power leads for Echo devices. Without knowing which model of Echo you have it’s difficult to recommend an accessory lead, but this link should get you started.

And in answer to your first question, I'm guessing as long as you can log on to the wifi with it then most functions should be available. Only ones that might not be are ones that rely on your home location.  Asking general questions, playing music and radio stations should be ok I guess?
