Title: Echo Dot Error 10:2:17:5:1

Hello,

I am trying to setup my Amazon Echo Dot within a school which uses a firewall.

I'm able to get through the 1st stage of connecting to the Amazon Dot wireless internet, then the Dot begins to show the orange ring spinning around. The next step is to connect to the schools wireless internet, but I am the error number in the title of this post and can go no further.

If anyone know what the error message is as I can't seem to find anything directly from Amazon, please let me know.

what type of network security.  wpa2?
