Title: Alexa stopped responding to volume command

Alexa stopped responding to voice command to change volume. Used to work fine. Now it says, " this device doesn't support that." I can find nothing on the app settings that will fix this. Has anyone else had this problem?

Unplug the Echo for 5 minutes.
