Title: Alexa and Apple Music

Has anyone else had trouble getting Apple Music on a Third Generation Echo Dot? The Apple Music works fine on our 2nd Generation dots, but I can't get it to play on a new one we got for Christmas.

what does alexa say when you try to play it?  also does it have the latest sottware installed
