Title: Echo dot no longer working in Vaux Ninety7 speaker dock

the echo dot works when removed from the speaker dock. it does not work when connected to the speaker dock. i just bought a new speaker dock (thinking the other was defective) but the echo dot still does not work when connected to it. so the only time the echo dot works is when it is disconnected from either speaker dock. and of course the audio is very poor quality when not connected to a speaker dock. any ideas as to why its not working when connected to the Vaux Ninety7 speaker dock(s)?
