Title: Echo not connecting to my WiFi and Nesus Phone 6p

Hello I tried all the steps that came the Echo but to no avale. I've had ATT on phone walking through evey posible step and nothing. I've walked through with my phone provider and nothing. i also took it to another location and got it to work but here at home nothing. 
Can anyone help me with this?

If this is a brand new Echo, suggest you contact their customer service tonight.  They are there to serve you 24/7!
