Title: Enable a Skill

Newbie here...but been looking and researching....I want to enable Global Player, but I just cannot figure out how to do it..Echo Spot.. starting drive me mad...
When I say "alexa open Global Player" she just says I dont know that

just go to the skill store in the alexa app on your phone, tablet or on your computer then click on enable
