Title: Can I set a "preferred order" for wireless networks that Echo Dot connects to?

I plan to use an Echo Dot in my car, using my phone as a mobile hotspot. But when I pull into the driveway and it sees my home network SSID, I'd like it to switch over automatically, disconnecting from my phone. Is this possible? If so, how?
