Title: Alexa internet connection

Alexa Dot connects to WiFi, but it says "Internet Off";the orange ring stays on

When the ring is lit in orange, it means the Echo is not set up. If it is not set up, it's probably not connected to Wifi. And even if it is connected to Wifi, it's still not going to do anything since Amazon doesn't know who owns your Echo.

Are you following any instructions from Amazon to do this?  The instructions make it pretty clear how to set it up. if not, go to the Amazon home page and click on Help at the top of screen.
