Title: How to replace the power and speaker board?
Post by: Chabong Choi on January 13, 2017, 06:20:44 pm
My echo is dead after a day... I don't know why. But I think the power module is damaged. Where can I buy "the power and speaker board"?

After a day?  Contact Echo customer service, for pete's sake!

“You can reach Amazon Echo Customer Support by phone directly and toll-free at 1-877-375-9365. We're available from 3 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific time, seven days a week.”

It could be the power supply which plugs in to wall and has the power cord for Echo connected to it.  It is a special PS just for the Echo.  Use nothing else.  It's $20, but Amazon would replace it if bad.  Also, you don't need to replace the speaker if a PS issue.
