huh???   what is the exact problem?   be specific and give any message alexa is giving regarding the call.  remember your contacts must also have an echo or the echo app.

If you give Alexa permission to access your contacts it gets them from your phone.  If you don't give it permission you have no contacts and you cannot add them manually.
