Title: Echo Dot with Clock installation error

Good day

I installed and added my normal Echo dot and my Echo as devices on my Alexa app, but for some reason i cannot get mt Echo Dot with clock to be added nor connected to my home wi-fi - i have tried everything

I need help please please  :'( :'( :'(

be a bit more specific.  at what point do you get the error?   did you get the dot from a third party or amazon?
