Ok, I had an echo for my birthday in September,  fantastic,  I love use it all the time, plays my Audi books music as I go to sleep, 2 teenage boys are like, i want one, so Christmas comes Santa brings them one each, but now noone can use their alexa as they all randomly react to commands on other alexa, so I'm woken up by their music, or they turn my music off,
Please help

go into the device settings and make sure esp is turned on .

Thanks, Ok, I've read a little but am not sure how to switch it on
