I have an echo, and just got a dot today for my bedroom. I want to use one of those voices to Wakeup. I chose Missy Elliot. It definitely shows that as my sound choice for alarms, and that sounds great, except that I do not hear Missy Elliot or anyone else. The voice would wake me. The default sound would not. I have closed and reopened the app. Rebooted my iPad. Nothing works. Is it just not working, or am I missing a step somewhere???

It works for me.  Do you maybe have the alarm volume turned way down?

You can check in web browser at alexa.amazon.com if your alarm is not on mute or if it is set up corectly.
