Hello there,
I have set up my echo dot and have problems when connecting alexa app with my spotify premium account, it says that some region issue wouldn't allow it.. I'm in Argentina, any idea how I can fix it?
Other issue is that it doesn't recognize my voice, I can't make a voice profile.. Alexa responds to my questiones perfectly but can't recognize my voice..
Help!
