Title: Adding Skills and Smart Home devices to second Echo

I am thinking about buying a second Echo.  Will the Skills and Smart Home devices on my first Echo automatically transfer over to my second Echo, or will I need to do this manually?

The skill is a global event for all of your Alexa devices. So they should all be eagerly awaiting your command regardless of 1 echo or 47.

As of this moment, timers, alarms and audio playback are a local event and do not carry over to another echo. I say as of this moment since there are reports this will be global shortly.

The only caveat I am aware of would be Amazon Prime Music Unlimited. It may be limited to one device on one account at certain price points per month. I may be wrong.
