Title: hello I have Amazon Alexa echo to second generation

hello I have Amazon Alexa echo to second generation

it's working fine but it's speak in Germany language
I tried to set up but when I press the microphone and minus volume it's show me all orange solid light.
I cannot set up
I have proper power supply
they are are another Way just setup general setup.

i want setup in english and i cannot connect to the app

You need to first register the echo to your account, then you can change the language through the Alexa app. Here's a guide on how to do it: https://www.helpfulhome.com/how-tos/how-to-change-alexas-voice/

Hello mi echo I cannot configure with my app.
Already I have account with Amazon
But the app is asking to connect with the echo.
But I cannot.
So what is the main resset for that echo from the buttons.
