Amazon has the 2-pack Echobee 3 wireless sensor for $65.

If you have an Echobee sensor that isn't detecting motion correctly, you might have one of several batches that were assembled incorrectly. In these batches, the IR sensor was not lined up to the small window of the device, and therefore unable to detect motion. See the fix from Echobee support and the video they posted: https://ecobee.zendesk.com/entries/98327357-Wireless-sensor-occupancy-detection-problems
