Title: Is there a way to slow down Alexa's speech?

Sure would be good to slow her voice down just a bit.  Possible?

Have you tried saying "repeat slowly" (or something along that line)?  It works with Google and is really handy with long responses.  Maybe tech support knows.  In Googling it, I found references that she can pause  and (whisper?) :o  According to this site, it can slow down it's speech, whisper (there is a sample) and more.  Looks like it's developer dependent :(
