I have an LG Stylo 3 Plus (Android 7.0) mobile phone. I downloaded the Alexa App and set up my new Echo Spot (in Canada). Everything worked perfectly even the Drop In which is why I bought the Spot. I want to "Drop In" on my 96 year old mother as she has a hard time with the phone. Okay so I bought a new LG G7 ThinQ with Android 8.0. Downloaded the Alexa App. Signed in with the same credentials as I did with the Stylo. But the conversation icon is NOT there. The Contacts are also NOT in the drop down menu. WHY? What do I need to do to get the Conversation and Messenging feature on my new LG G7 ThinQ?
