Title: Deleting recordings
Post by: Amyberta on February 06, 2017, 11:37:45 pm
Does anybody delete their recordings? It says it may degrade the echo's experience? Is that true?

I don't know if it's true or not.  I really don't detect a difference in how well it operates (except for updates) now as opposed to when I bought it in mid Dec.  I feel like it's for their own nefarious reasons  :o

There is no reason to delete recordings of your commands to Alexa.  But, if you want to do so, it may affect how Alexa responds to you in the future.  In Alexa app, READ, in {Help and Feedback/User Guide/Alexa app/View Your Dialog History} all about it.

There is no army of people assigned to listen to to the jillions of comments people make to Alexa.  Jeeze, be realistic!
