Title: No longer able to add songs to my play lists
Post by: robert12345 on January 31, 2017, 12:47:45 pm
I have an Echo Dot which was bought for me as a Christmas present which was on their one months free trial, which has now expired). Included in the present, was a years subscription to Amazon Music Unlimited (£3.99 package).

I have always added songs to my playlists using the App on an iPad, but have noticed in the last few days that I no longer have the functionality to search and add songs. I find the Amazon details on the device a little confusing as to whether I have the ability to add songs via the iPad (I am not a Prime member).

So I can no longer add songs to my play lists!!!

Given the above, how do I add and delete songs from a playlist?

I am in the UK and did call customer services, but they were not helpful.  The advice they gave me was to use the website application, but that didn't work either.

So how do other users on the £3.99 package add/delete songs to their play list?

I have rebooted the Dot and made sure I have the latest app on my iPad.
