Title: Using Echo to Call a Home Number
Post by: saeefamily4 on December 31, 2017, 03:31:29 pm
So have been using my Echo Dot with no problems, but I am having an issue that I can't seem to resolve by myself.  When attempting to make a call to my parents I run into the issue of it always ringing their Dot.  I can say "Alexa, call Parents" and it goes directly to their Dot.  I can say "Alexa, call Parent's Home (number)" and it also goes directly to the Dot.  I can say "Alexa, call parent's mobile" and it goes to the mobile phone.  So my question is, how do I get the Dot to call the HOME landline number of my contact IF they also have a DOT in the house?  Any help would be appreciated...Thanks!
