Title: Issue with drop in

I am trying to drop in on my Echo Show with my phone. I have done this before, but now it’s telling me the device “isn’t using a video enabled device” the other day it said the video was off so I told it to turn on when I got home and now it says this. A week before that I was able to drop in and see my daughter.

I usually get that message when giving the wrong command when trying to see my amazon cloud cams.  exactly what is the command you are using?
